Why do I need eANV software?
The electronic waste documentation procedure, or eANV for short, has been a legal requirement in Gemany for all producers, transporters and disposers of hazardous waste that are required to provide records since 2010. All documents required for the transport of this waste must be created electronically and provided with a qualified electronic signature by the parties involved in the waste transport and sent electronically between the parties involved and ultimately to the authorities.

All products enable the management of electronic waste disposal records, consignment notes and transfer notes (as well as other eANV documents such as supplementary forms or declaration analyses) including qualified electronic signatures, automatic document dispatch to all parties involved in waste transport and authorities, as well as automatic register management for AVVs requiring verification and the use of many other convenient functions. Optionally, you can also use NSUITE to manage all waste that is not subject to mandatory documentation. NSUITE also fully supports the roles for ‘third parties’ in the process, such as authorised representatives of the producer, brokers or dealers.
With NSUITE.transfer, we also offer an independent, practical solution for the notification procedure for cross-border waste shipments.
A special service for producers and carriers is the mobile qualified electronic signature when the waste is collected.
